RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We are happy to exchange an item if there was a manufacturing defect or if there was something wrong with the order. These exchanges can only happen within 5 business days after the item was delivered. For exchanges that need to be placed due to an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 business days to let us know. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if we believe the jewelry was intentionally damaged or misused.

All custom, special and personalized items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed. If you have questions about any custom, special or personalized items please contact us before placing your order. We are not liable for return shipping charges to JK & Co. as well as the original shipping charges which are non-refundable.
