Engagement Ring Resizing
We offer a complimentary first resizing for all engagement rings within 1 year of the purchase date. If the client lives outside of Los Angeles, we will provide a pre-paid and fully insured shipping label to have the ring returned to us for the resizing.
If any additional resizing needs to take place or if the date falls outside of the first year, we will provide a quote for the resize and applicable shipping costs. We are unable to resize items in the fine jewelry collection but will be able to assist in an exchange for the correct size within the first 15 days of receipt.
