Lifetime Warranty Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and therefore give a lifetime guarantee on all manufacturing defects for the life of our merchandise. If you think your item has a defect due to a manufacturing error, we will provide you with a complimentary shipping label to return to us for inspection. After inspecting the jewelry, if we determine the merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair the item or replace it if deemed necessary. If that particular piece of jewelry is no longer offered, JK & Co. may, at our discretion, replace the jewelry with a similar item or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original piece of jewelry.

After inspecting the piece of jewelry, if we come to the conclusion that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will contact you and let you know what repair services are available and how much they will cost to perform.

It should be stated that slight variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, such as internal inclusions, visible or nonvisible, in natural diamonds and gemstones are unique and characteristics of each stone. These characteristics are part of the character of the stones, and are not considered a defect.

We recommend that you have your piece of jewelry inspected and cleaned at least once a year. These routine inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and may help extend the life of your item. This service is free of charge for all JK & Co. customers for their JK & Co. Jewelry.


Conditions And Exclusions

The JK & Co. Lifetime Warranty is available only to the client who originally purchased the covered piece of jewelry from JK & Co.

Jewelry that has undergone maintenance, sizing, repair or other service or modifications performed by someone other than JK & Co. will automatically be voided from our lifetime warranty.

We do not provide any warranty for damage to the jewelry due to normal wear and tear, loss of jewelry, loss of stones or theft of jewelry. Damage or loss that comes from non-compliance to our yearly inspection requirements is not covered under our warranty.
